Return & Guarantee Policy
Q: I received my order and dont like one of the items, can I send it back?
A: Absolutely. We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Any unused
merchandise is accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
Q: Do you have a restocking fee?
A: Yes, we have a 20% restocking fee on return merchandise.
Q: I received my order and something is missing, what should I do?
A: Contact us and we will correct any errors promptly. Any shortage or damaged
product must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We strive to package orders
accurately, however we are human so mistakes can occur. |
