SHIPPING
I ship most packages via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. If you wish insurance on your package, select that option thru our shopping Cart. I cannot guarantee what happens to package after it is shipped. I will not be responsible for packages after they leave Cut-It-Up warehouse.

~Shipping Time~
I strive for prompt customer service and usually ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. However, conventions and other out of town functions will be the exception, so please be patient if you have placed an order while I am out of town (see shipping delay schedule below), I will ship as soon as I return home. Thank you.

Unless a product is damaged or defective, we do not allow returns.

If you wish to guarantee your delivery, you can purchase insurance through for delivery by the United States Postal Service.

International Orders~ I will ship to limited international countries (Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand to name a few). Additional international shipping will apply. Please email for additional info. All international payments must go thru. It is very easy to send funds via credit cards and everyone is protected that way. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES will apply for international shipments.

I just found out that even though you have a customs declaration number on the Global Priority Mail flat rate package, it is not traceable. Therefore, I suggest that if you are ordering internationally, you pay the extra for insurance thru usps. I previously posted on the internet that I am not responsible for packages lost after shipment. If you order the insurance, then you will have some recourse if your order is lost. So far, this has been the first international shipment I have had a problem with.

If I can fit your order in a large flat rate global priority mail envelope it is $10.25. Smaller orders fitting in a small flat rate global priority mail envelope is $6.00

If an item is out of stock, I will contact you and let you know your order will be delayed until that item arrives in.
